My recent stay at Courtyard was a pleasant experience overall. The staff was warm and welcoming, making our breakfast enjoyable every morning. The room, albeit with a small size, was adequately furnished, with a nice touch of having a real shower curtain in the bathroom. The hotel boasts a well-maintained gym and pool, which I unfortunately didn't have the chance to use, as well as an in-house Starbucks that added convenience to my mornings.However, I encountered some challenges when I needed to modify my reservation. The process of adjusting my stay from 5 nights to 4 was quite cumbersome, leading me to seek alternative accommodation.Despite this setback, the helpfulness of the staff stood out when they assisted my daughter and me in using another hotel's exercise facilities. This gesture showcased their dedication to ensuring a positive guest experience.
